Last remains of the Château de Chavigny built in 1635 by the architect of the King Louis the XIII on behalf of Cardinal de Richelieu’s Chief of Finances, Claude Bouthilier, the Clos Chavigny is registered on the inventory of the historical monuments. The architecture of this period both inside and outside has been preserved over centuries. Present period furniture and works of art are the worthy complement. The welcome is unpretentious yet very warm and you will live a truly unique experience in the Loire Valley region close to the main châteaux, monuments and vineyards.

Location

A10 motorway, take the Ste Maure-de-Touraine exit and follow the D760 towards Chinon. At Chinon take the D759 towards Loudun. At Roche Clermault follow signs for Seuilly-Lerné
